Billing Policy:

New clients:

  • All new clients are required to send payment in full along with first sample(s) sent in for testing otherwise results will be held until payment is received.

  • Any future testing will be invoices with 15-day terms.

Existing Clients:

  • If you have proven to be unreliable with payments, we will require payments to be sent in with samples

  • After reliable payment history has been built invoicing with 15-day terms will be considered.

  • If your account has 2 or more open overdue invoices, all results will be held until account balance is at $0.00 and future tests will require payment up-front.

Shipping Policy:

  • Vallid Labs provides supplies free of charge as long as those supplies are tested through Vallid labs. We do not provide supplies to be used at other testing labs.

  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

  • All requests for more supplies should be placed online, by email or fax. Phone calls are also acceptable but not preferred.

  • Existing clients should request supplies at or around the time of regular samples to avoid extra shipping charges.

  • Vallid Labs tracks all packages containing supplies and can track quantities of supplies sent/used.

  • If you receive multiple sets of supplies, you will be responsible to place those supplies in a safe place where they will not be lost, damaged or discarded. (Sanitary stick tubes should be refrigerated; sponge swabs and water kits can be held at room temperature)

  • If you receive extra supplies that you do not wish to use in the future, they should be returned to Vallid labs.

  • Any lost or misplaced supplies will incur charges dependent on the volume and type of supplies lost so please keep track of your supplies.

Standard Reporting:

  • Vallid Labs will only provide standard abbreviated reports unless otherwise requested up front.

  • An abbreviated report will only include what is written on the chain of custody accompanying incoming samples along with sample results.

  • A full ISO/IEC 17025:2017 report can include but is not limited to: what is written on the chain of custody along with a detailed report of findings, interpretation of findings, comparison to industry standards, measurements of uncertainties etc. and will contain a ISO/IEC 17025:2017 logo and certification number

Vallid Laboratory utilized the following testing methods. If alternative methods are requested, you must contact the lab prior to sample submittal to ensure the lab has the capability of performing different methods.
